GeeBoard is a cloud-based accounting platform that helps individuals, businesses, and organizations manage financial data efficiently. When you sign up or use GeeBoard, we may collect the following types of data:

- Sensitive Personal Data (if applicable); We will only collect sensitive data (e.g., financial records tied to individuals) when absolutely necessary and with your explicit consent, in line with NDPA guidelines.

GeeBoard is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover such data has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it immediately.

If a data breach occurs that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the NDPC within 72 hours, as required by law.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Sharing Your Data We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with:
